Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

Overview

Our program is a comprehensive, doctor-directed health service that includes medical evaluations, prescriptions, supplements, lab testing, and telemedicine consultations. The program is billed monthly as an all-inclusive package. There are no additional or hidden costs.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our Patient Care Coordinator via email, phone, or text. However, due to the structure of the program, cancellation does not automatically terminate billing immediately. We reserve the right to charge for:

  • The current billing cycle, and
  • One additional cycle, if any of the following have already been provided:
    • A shipment of prescription medication (typically dispensed in a 56-day supply)
    • A shipment of vitamins (typically dispensed in a 30-day supply)
    • Access to lab testing, diagnostic kits, or scheduled doctor consultations

This ensures coverage for services and products that have already been rendered or fulfilled in advance, but were billed evenly across multiple months.

Refunds

We do not offer prorated or partial refunds. The value of prescriptions, lab testing, and physician consults is spread evenly across all billing cycles. If you’ve received materials or services that extend beyond your current billing month, that month and the following month will be the final charges.

We understand that life happens. While our cancellation and billing terms are clearly defined, we’re committed to treating every patient fairly. If you believe there are extenuating circumstances surrounding your billing or cancellation, please reach out to us directly. We’re happy to review your situation and work toward a reasonable and fair resolution whenever possible — and we aim to do so quickly.

Please do not initiate a chargeback through your credit card company before speaking with us. Chargebacks not only delay resolution but can create unnecessary complications and harm our excellent standing with our payment processor — which we’ve worked hard to maintain in order to keep services smooth and secure for everyone. We genuinely want to help, and we’re confident we can work out a solution that respects both your situation and the integrity of the program.
